The outdoor areas were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food was rather basic, lacking variety, and often lukewarm. I also encountered ants in my room, which made the stay less comfortable. To top it off, there were issues with the water supply during my visit, which was frustrating.

Some parts impressed, others didn’t

Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, morning buffet had a plethora of options. Loved the pool towel system with a deposit for convenience! Amstel beer was never watered down, ensuring a great drink.

The queue at the bar grew lengthy at times, which was frustrating. Entertainment could be inconsistent, especially on their one day off, leading to an odd atmosphere if you wanted to socialize.

the chatur is centrally located in a peaceful residential area, making it easy to reach attractions. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and the staff were diligent and friendly, especially the cleaning team! the buffet offered wonderful salads 🥗, surely a highlight.

The staff were diligent and friendly, really wanting to make sure we were happy. Our room felt spacious and was clean, with daily housekeeping that kept it fresh. Nice to have pool towels available, and the cold water on tap was great since there’s no fridge in the room. Breakfast provided a decent variety, though the food could sometimes be lukewarm. The outdoor areas were lovely and well-maintained, perfect for lounging. Had some fun at the bar, but lengthy wait times there were a bummer. The entertainment was hit or miss, with a few nights being more enjoyable than others. Air-conditioning in the room could use improvement. it felt like it barely worked. Occasionally, the floor in the dining area got slippery, which was a concern during meals. The location was easy to navigate, close to the beach and local restaurants. The rooftop bar only served beer while the soft drink machines were not operational during our stay, leading to trips back and forth to the pool bar. No remote for the TV was a little disappointing, and I did notice some ants around.

Food options tended to be repetitive and often lukewarm, not to mention the baby pool and rooftop pool were out of commission during my entire eleven-night stay. Plus, I had to make several trips to the pool bar for soft drinks since the machines at the rooftop bar were down, which was a hassle. The floors sometimes got slippery during breakfast due to cleaning, bringing a bit of concern on those busy mornings. with the remote for the TV missing, it was a bit inconvenient to change channels.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. Staff once helped return my sim cards I left behind. Highly recommend enjoying the poolside snack bar!

My stay was fantastic, with the beach just a few steps away and amazing local restaurants like WOK Slow Boat right around the corner, perfect for evening strolls. the hotel serves as a lovely base for exploring the nearby Castillo de San Buenaventura and enjoying lovely views at Caletta De Fuste Beach.

The hotel's overall cleanliness and well-maintained outdoor areas made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay. The staff also made an effort to create a friendly atmosphere, making it easy for seniors to navigate the hotel.
